1. 发育与衰老研究团队

发育与衰老研究团队现有成员20余人,其中高级职称4人、中级职称5人,在读研究生10余人。团队汇聚了包括“中国科协青年人才托举工程”入选者、四川省学术和技术带头人及其后备人选在内的多层次人才,形成了学缘结构合理、专业优势互补、研究方向集中的科研梯队。近年来,团队骨干成员参与国家科技创新2030-脑科学重大项目1项,并牵头建设了中国人脑组织库协作联盟-304永利集团登录入口人脑组织库。团队先后主持国家自然科学基金、省部级科研项目等各类课题20余项;在国内外高水平期刊上发表学术论文近30篇,出版著作5部。多次在重要国际、国内学术会议上进行报告,累计近10余次。研究方向:(1)发育与衰老的共性机制;(2)衰老与神经退行性疾病。

2. 基因哨兵与微免平衡团队

基因哨兵与微免平衡团队成立于2012年,现有30余人,包括高级职称9人,中级职称9人,研究生10余人,围绕学校老年医学学科特色发展,以微生物感染为研究方向,聚焦非编码RNA与微生物生理生化关系,开拓RNA等生物药物在临床方面的应用。团队承担国家级科研项目30余项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,省部级项目30余项,总金额3000余万元。近5年团队发表学术论文100余篇,代表作包括Cell、Science及CNS子刊,如Nature Communications、CellMetabolism等;团队发表新冠病毒研究相关SCI论文60余篇,申请国家专利20余项。

3. 稳态调控与跨系统老年疾病团队

稳态调控与跨系统老年疾病团队拥有教师8人,含博士7人。近5年来,共获批科研项目15项,经费298万元,含国家自然科学基金3项。主要的研究方向有炎症性发热的神经机制退热与调节性低温反应的神经机制,能量代谢性异常疾病的神经机制。
